Our engineering contact handles the questions that do not have a simple part number: rack loading, connector counts, containment sizing, material compatibility, and configuration for a specific site. Send a drawing or a spec sheet and get back a matched list of parts, not a request for more information.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern. Outside those hours, use the chat icon in the bottom corner of any page to leave a message. It is not staffed live, but every message goes to a person and gets a reply by email.
