Tools and consumables are what a crew needs on site to terminate, test, and label the hardware in the other categories. Termination quality depends on using the tool the connector manufacturer specifies, not a generic substitute. Consumables get used up on every job and need reordering at a predictable rate.
What we supply
Termination and crimp tools
Hand and battery crimp tools sized to a specific connector family, along with punch-down tools for keystone and patch panel termination.
Specify by: connector type, die interchangeability, hand or powered, ratchet mechanism.
Cable prep and strippers
Jacket strippers, coax strippers, and fiber cleavers that prepare cable ends to the tolerance the termination method requires.

Test and verification
Continuity testers, cable certifiers, and optical power meters that confirm a terminated run meets the standard it was built to.

Fasteners and cage nut kits
Rack screws, cage nuts, and clip nuts packaged by quantity for rack and cabinet installation work.

Marking and labeling supplies

Specifying tools and consumables
A crimp die is matched to one connector family and gauge range. Using the wrong die produces a crimp that looks complete but does not meet the connector manufacturer's pull-out force rating.
Test and certification equipment holds calibration for a fixed interval, after which its readings are no longer considered valid for compliance documentation. The interval is set by the manufacturer, not by how the tool has been used.
Label cartridges and printer hardware are matched by model. A cartridge from one printer family does not fit another, and adhesive formulation varies by the surface the label is meant to hold to, whether that is a cable jacket, a patch panel, or a painted wall.
